September 2026 is straight up insane. Just two days after we open for Merzbow with Shentov & Lukanov in Sofia, I'll be opening for Justin Broadrick's JESU, a project I've never even dreamed of seeing live in Bulgaria. Thanks to the efforts of Threechord Record Store, he's coming to town, and I'll have the honor of supporting him by playing music from my latest musical project, Born Erased. I hope to see some of you there.

The title says it all, but I'm glad to say that after 15 years, Expectations still have what to say. Our new album is coming in September, and in October we're heading on tour with NYC kings Madball, Combust, and Desolated. We're playing some of our favorite cities, so I hope to see as many friends as possible!

Yeah, you read that right: noise legend Merzbow is coming to Bulgaria for the first time, and we'll be opening the show with the drone trio Shentov, Simitchiev, Lukanov. This is happening at Toplocentrala, Sofia, as part of their LIMINAL/TETZA concert series curated by Nikola Nikolov of ТДК fame, and we're eternally grateful for the invite.

This month, I'll be returning to Poland after way too many years to present my latest project, Born Erased. The occasion is the 10th anniversary of ate, the solo project of my dear friend and tour mate Petar Petkov, whose first releases under this name appeared on Amek Collective. It's been over 4 months since Cyclic Law released my second Born Erased full-length, Birds Drink My Blood, and I still haven't presented the music on it live in its entirety. That changes in April with two shows I'll be playing in Sofia and Varna. I hope to see some of you there.
